New Business in Hudson

Jamie Larson has two articles in today's Register-Star about the new businesses in Hudson or just over the border in Greenport.

The first reports on the progress of Etsy, the online marketplace for vintage and handmade items, which is establishing an office in the Cannonball Factory: "Etsy team dedicated to joining the community."

The second reports on the sale of the Kaz building to the North Carolina-based Flanders, Inc.: "Back in business: Kaz sale finalized." According to the article, Precisionaire of New York, a division of Flanders, which expects to begin operations in the fourth quarter of this year, will hold a job fair on Tuesday, July 12, from 1 to 6 p.m., at Columbia-Greene Community College.

  2. Thanks, Ed. I just got the same information from someone else, and I've changed the date in the post.
