The Hudson Pride Foundation hosts its third annual Hudson Pride Weekend on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday--June 15 through 17.
On Friday, June 15, there are two cruises aboard a vessel from the Dutch Apple Cruise Line: the Sunset Cruise from 7 to 9 p.m., sponsored by MOD; the Moonlight Cruise from 9 to 11 p.m., sponsored by (p.m.) Wine Bar.
On Saturday, June 16, the pride parade starts at 2 p.m. from Seventh Street Park and proceeds down Warren Street and then Front Street to Henry Hudson Riverfront Park, where a rally will take place from 3 to 6 p.m.
On Saturday night, the festivities move to Club Helsinki. From 8 to 10 p.m., Ophelia Nightly will emcee a cabaret show on the main stage, which includes Hedda Lettuce, Maya Azucena, and Charmed & Dangerous, among others. From 10 p.m. to 2 a.m., there will be a dance party upstairs, with DJ Tedd Patterson.
Sunday, June 17, is Family Pride Day--celebrating all families--from noon to 5 p.m. in Henry Hudson Riverfront Park. There will be storytelling, performances, and more, including the return of Chalk Fest, happening this year on Water Street at the entrance to Riverfront Park.
