Of Interest

A reader alerted Gossips to an article in yesterday's Wall Street Journal about chefs and restaurateurs who are buying farms to grow their own ingredients: "Chefs Put Down Roots." One of the chefs featured is Zakary Pelaccio, founder of Fatty Crab and Fatty 'Cue, who bought a farm in Old Chatham and is opening a restaurant on South Third Street, which, according Sam Pratt, will be called Fish & Game.
