Hudson on NPR

This morning on NPR, in a feature called Cook Your Cupboard, Victoria Dougherty, who teaches nutrition at Hudson High School, and Jasmine Bashar, one of her students, consulted Bombay native, chef, and cookbook author Raghavan Iyer on how to improvise Indian-inspired cuisine with juniper berries, fish sauce, and homemade mixed berry jam.
