Of Interest

In Hudson, we're warring about allowing dogs to set paw in the cemetery. Elsewhere, according to a report on NPR this morning, cemeteries are creating sections where people and their pets can be buried together: "Man's Best Friend to the End: Resting in Peace Beside Your Pet." The story focuses on Virginia, which is about to join "a growing number of states where cemeteries are allowed to create special pet-human sections." Interestingly, New York is one of the states that already allows humans and their pets to be buried together.
