Another School Name Question Answered
This morning, Gossips recounted for whom John L. Edwards Primary School was named, but the reasons why were still unknown. This afternoon, thanks to the amazing Fulton History, the reasons were discovered, in a news item that appeared in the Kingston Daily Freeman on March 26, 1964. In it, Mayor Samuel T. Wheeler explained why he supported naming Hudson's new elementary school for a local physician.
