The building where the Savoia is now located has been for sale for almost a year. Word is that the building has now been sold.

Before reopening at 214-216 Warren Street, the Savoia was for many years located at 255 Warren Street, which, in its renovated and restored form, is now the location of 2 Note Botanical Perfumery.

Gossips recently discovered that in the 1940s, a restaurant and bar named Savoia, owned by Nicola Marchionne, was located at 119 Warren Street, which until not too long ago was (p.m.) Wine Bar.
