Get Ready for Saturday

The OutHudson LGBTQ Pride Parade happens this Saturday, June 17. The parade steps off at 2 p.m. and proceeds down Warren Street to Promenade Hill.



In advance of the parade, OutHudson has issued the following information about street closures and parking restrictions. 
  • Warren Street will be closed to traffic during the parade. From 1 to 4 p.m., there will be no parking on the south side of Warren Street.
  • There will be no parking on the west side of Front Street, immediately in front of 1 North Front Street, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The staging for the parade will take place around Seventh Street Park, and there will be temporary street closures around the park for that purpose. From 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., there will be no parking: 
  • on all four sides of the park;
  • on both sides of Seventh Street, from Warren to State streets;
  • on both sides of State Street from Sixth to Seventh streets.
Columbia Street, Green Street, and Park Place will remain open to traffic at all times.

If you want to be part of the parade, there is still time to sign up. You have until 5 p.m. on Thursday, June 15, to conceptualize and organize your contingent and submit your application to be part of the parade. Click here to access the form.

  1. Carole, I believe you are posting images from The Hudson Pride Foundation parades, which is a non-profit organization. The Out Hudson group is not a non-profit, nor has rights to publish these images.
