Happy Ending

Last Monday, this sweet pup was found wandering alone at State and Fourth streets.

Found by Richelle Martin, he was first given shelter by Mayor Tiffany Martin Hamilton and spent much of Tuesday hanging out with her at City Hall. Then Jonathan Simons, at Jonathan's Computer Store, took over the task of fostering him. During the course of the past week, the dog's owner was located but indicated willingness to give him up. So, on Monday, this gorgeous goofy guy, with such soulful eyes, is going to a new and loving home. Gossips isn't at liberty to reveal the identity of his new people, but there's a good chance we may be seeing him from time to time on Warren Street in the future--but not unaccompanied.
