A reader sent me this picture earlier in the week, wondering if I had ever noticed this sign. Of course, I had. It's about a block from my house--right on the dog walk route--and I've been passing it daily for close to twenty years. But a shortage of news and a pedantic impulse moved me to share it on Gossips today.
