News About Parking

The Hudson Police Department announced on its Facebook page tonight that three of the new parking kiosks are now operating.

In this transitional period, while there are still meters in one of the parking lots, you can either put quarters in the meter or use the kiosk. But you may as well get used to using the kiosk now, when the Parking Bureau is prepared to answer questions and provide assistance. They can be reached at parkingbureau@cityofhudson.org or (518) 828-2018. One thing you need to do, in preparation for using the kiosks, is memorize your vehicle's license plate number. You will need it to ensure your payment gets credited to your car.

CORRECTION: The phone number for the Parking Bureau is (518) 828-0218.

  1. They're trying to ignore, and make us forget, that they bought the wrong kiosks that only accept quarters and not bills. If asked about this unresolved issue, what will they say? "It's no longer a problem. In fact, it never was a problem! We meant to buy the kiosks that only accept quarters!
Mistake? What mistake are you referring to? Who said anything about a mistake?"???

  2. Bill... can you name one thing you love about Hudson?

We love the people, HPD & HFD (who won the basketball tournament??), the artists, the food, and the walk-able grid, and the growing number of productive residents and families.

HPD - one polite request... next year when new leadership is in City Hall can you manage your own website or a tab on the City website and make these updates there.

    Not everyone is on FB...
