I came across this facinating old building with a massive smoke stack while driving along Route 9 near Hudson. My friend said, oh that's the old Knickerbocker Cement Plant and it has a really tragic history and sent me your blog. Anyway, I began to dig and am wondering if the building in question might NOT be the old site of the Knickerbocker Cement Plant as that seems to be the current ADM site on Route 23. Would you be able to help solve the mystery?? What is the super cool massive abandoned building with the smoke stack by Acme Kitchenettes on Route 9?? Thank you so much for any help, and for all of these posts on the Albany Lake clay, incredibly fascinating. Best, LillianLillianhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15012301723392749169noreply@blogger.com
