There is alot of interest in hdson properties. <br /><br />Having been a bidder in a City auction, i think prices end up higher. The City would be well served, however, by doing an inventory of issues on the site now for its own purposes so the Council can craft restrictions both meaningful and reasonable in the circumstances.John K.
