If you choose this route, the applications must, per that letter "be submitted" no later than March 29, 2019 (which presumably means that they must be received by that date). You can email the application and any supporting paperwork to cityofhudsonreval2019@garappraisal.com; fax it to 1-855-319-8451; or mail it to GAR Associates LLC, PO Box 378, Clifton Park, NY 12065 (please doublecheck the Assessor's letter to ensure no errors in the text above). If you choose to mail it, it's a good idea to send it via a receipted means such as FedEx or UPS, so you can prove the date of receipt; also be sure to keep a receipt for the fax, if you fax it; and if you send it via email, it's not a bad idea to call first to be sure GAR uses an email program that will provide an emailed receipt for your records (and if not, use another means that will provide a receipt).
