Cuomo Nominates OSI President to Head DEC

The Albany Business Review has announced that Governor Andrew Cuomo has picked Joseph Martens, president of Open Space Institute, to be the Commissioner of the Department of Environmental Conservation: "Cuomo nominates Martens to head DEC."
