Another Letter About the Library

Rick Scalera, who identifies himself only as Fifth Ward Supervisor and not as a special adviser to the Galvan Initiatives Foundation, has a letter to the editor in today's Register-Star, entitled "Library Limbo," in which he responds to previous letters on the subject of the library's current location uncertainty from Norman Posner and Frank Rees.
