Letterbox Farm, located just south of Hudson on Route 9, recently opened a self-serve farm stand at the Cannonball Factory, 359 Columbia Street. The farm's "outpost downtown" is stocked with eggs, meat, pot pies, broth, quiche, dairy, and many other good things from the farm. And bravo Letterbox Farm. Most will drive to Austerlitz and back for you. But center of Hudson is a gift for the busy.
