Earlier, the Columbia County Department of Health released its numbers for today. Although yesterday it appeared that we might be heading toward the single digits when it came to new cases, today's number is twice what it was then. There are 24 more county residents in mandatory quarantine today than there were yesterday, but there are four fewer people hospitalized and one fewer in the ICU. Since yesterday, there has not been another death from COVID-19 in Columbia County.
