Talbott & Arding's imminent move from Warren Street to Second and Allen streets is the subject today of an article in Chronogram: "Talbott & Arding Cheese and Provisions Shop Gets a Supersized Space Upgrade."
The extensive alterations to the former factory building at 202 Allen Street are happening primarily on the inside, but here are the exterior changes that were approved by the the Historic Preservation Commission last month. The first rendering shows the Partition Street side of the building; the second shows the Allen Street side.
they still need a presence on Warren St -- that is obvious and would be a good idea.
