Another Distinction Comes to Hudson

Last night, on May 2, the 2016 James Beard Awards--the Oscars of the culinary world--were presented at the Lyric Opera House in Chicago. The award for Best Chef: Northeast went to Zak Pelaccio, Fish & Game, Hudson, NY.
