The Budget Process Continues

The annual ritual of department heads presenting their proposed budgets for 2026 to the Board of Estimate and Apportionment (BEA--the mayor, the Common Council president, and the city treasurer), which began last week, continues this week. The following is the schedule of this week's BEA meetings. The meetings are hybrid, taking place in person at City Hall and on Microsoft Teams.
