She asked the right questions, showed sincere empathy and curiosity, and did not vote yes under intentionally applied mob pressure.

Also for all the architecture grads and those working in housing.... this is an 8 figure development and the developers did not make, and the Planning Board did not insist on, a 3d scaled mock up or better renderings.
Even after the public asked for it.
$1m family homes are better vetted and presented to the client. How can the planning board visualize the 6 by 20 foot flood canal?

ReplyDeleteEven though she found success early in her career, Gaby is still very much a working actor and just recently had a staring guest role on Natasha Lyonne’s critically acclaimed Poker Face, much of it filmed in the Hudson Valley.
ReplyDeleteShe also did a fantastic job on her first Planning Board meeting, asking questions and showing interest, enthusiasm and care for her new role.
