On Saturday, July 26, mayoral candidate Peter Spear held the first of his "Neighbors" events--"public conversations about the best small town city in America." For that event, Spear's guest, whom he had invited to interview him, was Mark Allen. The event was recorded by Karl Frederick Mattson of 542films, and the video can now be viewed on YouTube.
