At City Hall tonight, there are no fewer than three meetings in a row, beginning at 6:30 p.m.
At 6:30 p.m., the Common Council holds a public hearing on the two new laws which together will amend the city charter to replace the City of Hudson Planning Commission with a Planning Board. The two proposed laws--Intro. #9 and Intro. #10--can be reviewed at the City of Hudson website.
At 6:45 p.m., there is a special meeting of the Common Council to consider transfers within the Department of Public Works budget.
At 7 p.m., the Common Council holds its regular informal meeting during which new resolutions for the month are introduced.
Why not have a Planning Board where NONE of the members live in Hudson?
