The agenda for tomorrow night's Planning Board meeting has just been published. There are only two agenda items: the Hudson Housing Authority redevelopment project and the Colarusso dock. The surprise is that the agenda includes a draft resolution, subject to change, granting Colarusso a conditional use permit for its dock operations. I confess I haven't read it yet, but I will, and I recommend all readers do as well. The agenda can be found here.

No real surprises in this draft. The one interesting thing that stands out to me is that it adopts the ceiling of 284 trips stipulated in the haul road approval and makes that a condition of the dock operation itself.
ReplyDeleteThere is quite a bit of legally challenging language in this resolution. In some sense, this is can-kicking as I read it.
ReplyDeleteAs in in can-kicking it down to the courts, I assume? It's kind of what everyone's been expecting anyway.
