Eater NY reports today a change soon to happen in the restaurant at Rivertown Lodge: "The Hudson Valleys's Buzziest Chef Is Opening a New Spot." What's coming is a "new Mexican restaurant, Pez, with a focus on seafood, on track to open in early May."
