Columbia County public works commissioner David Robinson said the torchères that flanked the entrance to the courthouse would be restored to what they had been originally.
They have been restored, and they're back.
They're not the same as they were in 1907 (one wonders why not), but they're better than they were.

Not terrible. A bit Deco-ish, perhaps, but I can live with them.
