Holcim and their various rock-hauling affiliates clearly want to crank up their operations at the waterfront. I love their assertion that "stockpiled materials" won't impact the viewshed. There's nothing prettier than a 45-foot pile of gravel with the Lighthouse and the Catskills in the background....
