But What About the Tennis Courts?

At last night's meeting of the HCSD Board of Education, the results of the budget vote and the vote for new members of the Board of Education were reported, but there was no word on the outcome of the exit poll which asked about adding pickleball striping to the historic tennis courts at M. C. Smith. 


Gossips asked Mark DePace, BOE president, when the results of the exit poll would be made public. He referred the question to interim superintendent Brian Bailey, who has not yet responded, and told Gossips, "The board is not expecting to review or discuss the data until our next board meeting on June 16."

    This just proves that if HCSD was not legally forced to announced the election results within a certain timeframe and manner to the public, they would have punted and said:

    "Budget passed, and the board is not expecting to review, discuss, or share the data until our next board meeting on June 16th"

    Working at HCSD must feel like Spirit Airlines did right before bankruptcy.
