Remembering Daniel Nilsson

The community of Hudson was stunned yesterday by the news of the death of Daniel Nilsson. The words incomprehensible, unfathomable, unspeakable have all been used to describe the tragedy. Gossips will not attempt to comment on the tragedy or its effect on our community. Instead I recall a moment that revealed the nature of the man now lost: the moment when he ennobled an episode of Guy's Grocery Games with a memorably unselfish gesture.
