Although yesterday the Register-Star did not report about the startling introduction, at Monday night's informal Common Council meeting, of a resolution, crafted by First Ward Alderman Sarah Sterling, to buy the Holcim dock, there's an article today about Mayor Rick Scalera's reaction to that move: "Holcim resolution takes mayor by surprise."

Mayor Reacts to Resolution to Buy Dock
