Cuomo Nominates OSI President to Head DEC

Albany Business Review
has announced that Governor Andrew Cuomo has picked Joseph Martens, president of
Open Space Institute
, to be the Commissioner of the Department of Environmental Conservation:
"Cuomo nominates Martens to head DEC."
