Ear to the Ground

A reader alerted Gossips to the news that the Crimson Sparrow appears to be for sale. The restaurant whose adventurous food has been acclaimed for "the grace of its presentation . . . and the artistry of its invention" opened at 746 Warren Street early in the summer of 2012 and is a key part of the revival of Hudson's East End. Say it ain't so, Joe.

  1. Can anyone tell me what the word KEYSTONE on the top of the facade stands for? I heard that the previous owner had an antique store there called Keystone Antiques (or something like that).., Wondering if it has a history...

  2. Say it AINT SO!! I also found out that DABA and VICO are for sale... My two favorite restaurants in town for years. Pillars of our splendid community. Let's hope that this trend does not continue! My kids will need jobs soon and nice places to eat are hard to find
