The Chance to Be Part of Something Remarkable

There probably aren't many teenagers who read The Gossips of Rivertown, but if you know a teen, pass this information along. The twelfth season of the incomparably wonderful Hudson Teen Theatre Project begins next week. Orientation sessions take place on Monday, May 12, and Tuesday, May 13, at 4 p.m. each day, at the Hudson Opera House.

This season, HTTP will be creating and performing its own version of Shakespeare's Twelfth Night, appropriately subtitled by Shakespeare Or, What You Will. Rehearsals will take place through the rest of May and June, leading up to the performances at Basilica Hudson on June 26, 27, and 28.

There is no fee to be part of this extraordinary after-school workshop, directed by the enormously talented Carol Rusoff, and no prior theatrical experience is required. Teens are encouraged just to show up "with curiosity, courage & comfortable clothes."
