Of Interest

Timothy O'Connor explains why reducing or eliminating CSO (combined sewer overflow) events by channeling storm water runoff directly into the river or the bays may not be a desirable goal for the environment: "Storm water Runoff Data Contraindicates City of Hudson's Sewer Plans."

  1. In the last quarter century, there have been many occasions where storm water shot up out of the treatment plant, before and after multi million dollar upgrades.

    The city took the grants but only separated life long acquaintances.
