Complaints About the Sidewalks Never End
The sidewalks of Hudson are a perennial cause for complaint. Gossips has more than once explored the problems of Hudson's sidewalks. Today, however, I share an item from the Hudson Daily Star for August 5, 1851, which provides evidence that 166 years ago Hudson sidewalks were already troublesome--though apparently only for "the tender sex."
