Hudson Loses an Illustrious Resident

The acclaimed poet John Ashbery died this morning at his home here in Hudson. Gossips has no words adequate to eulogize him, so I refer readers to his obituaries in the New York Times and The Guardian and extend my deepest sympathies to his husband, David Kermani.
