It was announced today that the Kingston is also the recipient of $10 million in Round Two of the Downtown Revitalization Initiative, as reported on MidHudsonNews.com: "City of Kingston wins state $10 million Downtown Revitalization Initiative grant." It should be noted that, of the ten Regional Economic Development Councils, Hudson is the Capital Region, Kingston is in the Mid-Hudson Region.
