Budget Workshops Continue

The workshops held by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment to hammer out the budget for 2019 continue this week. This is the first year the BEA, made up of the mayor, the city treasurer, and the Common Council president, has carried out these budget meetings in public. The budget workshops, which started two weeks ago, wrap up this week. Here is the schedule for this week:

Monday, October 1

• 2:30 p.m. Mayor, Treasurer, Common Council
• 3:30 p.m. Nondepartmental Expenses  

Tuesday October 2

• 2:30 p.m. Youth Department
• 3:30 p.m. Nondepartmental Expenses (continued)

Wednesday, October 3

•  2:30 p.m Revenues

Thursday, October 4

• 2:30 p.m. Revenues (continued)

Friday, October 5

• 2:00 p.m. Cemetery, Water, and Sewer
