Meeting News

Gossips has learned that tomorrow's meeting of the Historic Preservation Commission is being canceled for want of a quorum. On the agenda for the meeting is the continuation of the review of the proposal to demolish the existing garage behind 30 Union Street and replace it with a new structure.

Also on the agenda is an application update for 14 and 16 North Fourth Street, although that may have been withdrawn given the communication submitted to the Planning Board yesterday.

Both these projects will likely be taken up at the HPC's first meeting in February, which is scheduled to take place on Friday, February 13.
