The editors of Hudson Common Sense were out and about early this morning surveying the flooding. Mill Street, where the addition of a 70-unit apartment complex has wrongheadedly been proposed, is completely impassable.

Dock Street as it approaches North Front Street is also closed because of flooding.
Would the Mill Street apartment complex have been approved (or the new extension contract signed by Mayor Ferris) if the Planning Board / Mayor actually lived on Mill Street?
