If you're stuck in New York City and can't attend tonight's official reopening of the History Room at the library, there's something you can do that will make you feel that you're right back in your favorite little upstate city. Go to a book signing to celebrate the release of Sacred Landscapes: The Threshold Between Worlds. The book is the creation of two Hudson residents. The photographs are by Lynn Davis; the text is by Tad Mann.
The book signing takes place from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Knoedler & Company, 19 East 70th Street. On view in the gallery is an exhibition of Lynn Davis's work: Persistence of Form: Photographs 1978-2010.
