Last month at the meeting of the Planning Commission, Michael Sullivan made what was described as an "initial presentation" of the plans for relocating the Hudson Area Library to the Armory. A formal application for site plan review apparently had not at that point been submitted, yet remarkably tonight the Planning Commission is holding a hearing at 7 p.m. "to receive public comment concerning the library project planned for the Armory on State Street." For people worried about parking, this is a chance to express your concerns.
