On Saturday, June 1, 2013, at 10 a.m., there will be a public auction of properties seized by the City of Hudson for nonpayment of taxes. Four properties will be auctioned--two of which have been through this process before but for one reason or another never got to closing. Here are the properties, with their tax ID numbers, addresses, and minimum bid required for each. (The property on Tanners Lane is a vacant lot. A map is included to show its location.)

The properties may be viewed every Thursday between now and the date of the auction: May 16, May 23, and May 30. Those interested in touring the properties should present themselves at City Hall at 1 p.m.
