Food writer and cookbook author Susan Simon, in her weekly column Food for Thought, wrote most recently about food and film: "Good food and a good movie." The column features Susan Schultz, the chef and caterer whose offerings were the culinary stars of two recent movie-related fundraising events to benefit Fairview Cinema 3: the premiere of Fighting for Freedom and the screening at Basilica Hudson of the film noir classic Odds Against Tomorrow. Simon's column appears in the Register-Star on Fridays.
