Looking at the photo, why is there someone on the panel whose law partners were once employed to guard the interests of the applicant?
ReplyDeleteThis was while the individual worked at the firm (starting in 2006), and may continue in future when she's still at the firm.
Officials typically recuse themselves for far less, though that would be anywhere else than here.
