Little Known Facts

Today, April 13, is National Scrabble Day. If you didn't already know that, here's something else you may not know: Scrabble was invented by someone from the Hudson Valley. The game was created by Alfred Mosher Butts, who was born in Poughkeepsie in 1899.  An architect, Butts invented the game he called Lexiko during the Great Depression.
