Prior to the public hearing, at 5:15 p.m., there is a special meeting of the Common Council to consider a resolution authorizing the submission of a Building Decarbonization Grant application for $100,000. The purpose of the grant is to fund the installation of solar arrays on the DPW garage on Dock Street and at the water treatment plant at the top of Rossman Avenue.
