The side yard at 25 Union Street, which was clear-cut two weeks ago, is now enclosed with this hastily installed fence. Presumably the intention is to use the yard as a staging area for equipment and materials to be used at the construction site across the street.
If that guy can get a fence put up that fast ,then he can certainly fix the sidewalks in front of all his properties,which he is responsible for and has in many cases, left them unwalkable and in hazardous conditions to all pedestrians from the elderly to school kids waiting for the bus forced out into N 3rd street (which is truck and highway traffic), and for everyone else that walks with thier strollers or shopping carts or pets .I don't want to see another winter come and give him another excuse.Who is in charge of this town ?
