Adding to the Confusion

If you thought you understood what was happening with the Democrats' opportunity to ballot petitions, don't read Audra Jornov's article in today's Register-Star: "Election commissioners split on GOP challenge." On second thought, read it--if only for Bill Hallenbeck's explanation of why his sense of fairness requires him to try to knock out the competition before the voters get a chance to choose.
